美蘇兩國在1950年代展開了太空競賽，這場長達20年的比賽中，蘇聯一開始在發射人造衛星、把人送上外太空等方面領先美國，讓對方備感壓力。這仰賴一位蘇聯的科學家，謝爾蓋˙科羅廖夫；地球上第一位太空人尤里加加林更是讓當時的蘇聯感到無比光榮，今天這集我們就來認識蘇聯在太空競賽的發展，以及這兩位關鍵人物的故事吧！

51勞動節，是勞工在沒有暑假寒假之後，專屬的假日。不過這個假日的起源，包含了許多19世紀末期勞工的血汗，我們現在熟悉的每天工作八小時，在當時是工會團體的主要訴求，而推動這項訴求成真的過程，卻是來自一場失控的流血罷工活動。

1975年開始，發生在南韓釜山的兄弟之家福祉院事件，造成大量的流浪漢與無辜百姓受害，原先想透過集中管理，落實社會福利政策，但在貪婪人性下，演變成一場人間煉獄。許多受害者至今無法回到社會上生存，這集我們一起來認識這場距今將近50年的社會悲劇。

1945年12月5日的下午，美國佛羅里達州，有一組名為「Flight 19」的海軍轟炸機小組，正在執行演習任務，它們從佛羅里達州東岸向東飛行，前往指定地點執行作戰演習，之後再轉往北方通過大巴哈馬島，再轉往西南方回到佛羅里達州東岸的航空站，完成一次三角形航線的飛行訓練，然而中途卻出了意外，整組小隊從此消失，再也沒有人找到相關的殘骸。

1969年世界盃足球賽前哨戰，成為了中美洲國家戰爭的導火線。當年薩爾瓦多與宏都拉斯，因為移民問題而爆發衝突，宏都拉斯一項土地改革法案，遣返了大量的薩爾瓦多人民，最終兩國在足球比賽中爆發衝突，比賽落幕後，隨即而來的，是造成兩敗俱傷的足球戰爭。

17世紀末，美國麻州的塞勒姆村發生一起有關於女巫的審判案，總計有20位被告因為涉嫌使用巫術而被處死，儘管判決過程中缺乏證據，但基於違背教義以及道德瑕疵等因素，還是讓許多無辜百姓慘死在無理的審判之下。這段過去，也成為了麻州塞勒姆地區，永遠的歷史傷痛。

在西方民間傳說裡，吸血鬼是非常經典的角色，盡管是虛構的，但其實他的傳說也是害死了不少無辜的人。19世紀美國的新英格蘭地區，因為肺結核肆虐，許多人將這種疾病跟吸血鬼做連結，其中小女孩Mercy Brown便是最知名的受害者之一，他更被稱為「新英格蘭地區，最後一位吸血鬼」。

跟楓葉有關的國家，立馬想到加拿大，而楓糖更是這個國家重要的資源之一，2021年加拿大出口價值超過5.9億美金的楓糖漿，正因如此，楓糖漿更有液態黃金的稱號。2011年期間，在加拿大魁北克省的一座小鎮上，發生一起竊盜案，這群楓糖大盜總共偷走了2700公噸的楓糖，價值超過1800萬美元，他也成為了加拿大遭竊金額數一數二大的案件。

英國女王伊莉莎白二世，在9月8號以高齡96歲駕崩，英國王儲他的兒子 - 查理斯王子也隨即繼位，成為新任的英國國王，查爾斯三世。
 
女王在位期間70年，歷經了二戰、非洲去殖民化、蘇伊士危機等重大事件，也玩過YOUTUBE，拍攝影片為倫敦奧運揭幕、發IG等等，70年的時光，也算是見證了一個時代的演變。
 
這集就來分享三個有關於女王的冷知識給大家，一起來致敬這位英國史上在位時間最長的女性君主吧！

在眾多金融詐騙中，20世紀初期有位義大利詐欺犯，查爾斯龐氏（Charles Ponzi）

2014年是馬航慘痛的一年，3月先是發生一起飛機失事，7月又有一架飛機遭擊落，遭到擊落的是馬航17號班機，當時他位於烏東地區的領空，2014年初克里米亞危機爆發後，烏東地區軍事衝突不斷，根據調查人員的分析，馬航17號班機遭到一枚山毛櫸飛彈擊中飛機駕駛艙左側，導致飛機解體，隨後機上298人全數罹難。過了8年，烏俄衝突持續發生，而罹難者家屬最想知道的飛彈是誰射的，仍然存在爭議。

6月26日在德國有一個特別的節日 – 捕鼠人日。
這個節日的起源，來自於德國哈梅林鎮的吹笛手，故事描述吹笛手幫助鎮上趕走老鼠，卻遭到眾人違背約定，於是展開報復的手段，
這段故事後來被格林童話、德國詩人多次改編，如今成為了當地重要的象徵，究竟這個故事是怎麼來的？

最近買東西，大家是不是覺得物價上漲了不少？高通膨的環境讓生活變得更加困苦，萬物皆漲，薪水依然聞風不動，1970-80年代的美國，也出現過超高的通膨問題，甚至伴隨著高失業率，引發停滯性通膨。

蒙娜麗莎的微笑，這幅舉世聞名的作品，曾在1911年遭人偷竊。事實上他被偷偷帶出羅浮宮前，並沒有甚麼人氣，然而在媒體渲染下，這件達文西作品成為了羅浮宮的鎮館之寶。
 
兩年後，竊賊終於被抓到了，然而在法庭上，他大肆宣揚自己的愛國心，最終獲得人民支持，而被輕判。如今的蒙娜麗莎，獲得層層保護，盡管後來有人對他潑硫酸、丟石頭、塗奶油，她依然在防彈玻璃後面，用一抹淺淺的微笑，笑看這群無法傷害到他的愚蠢之徒。

1986年春天，菲律賓國家首都區的乙沙大道集結了大批抗議此次選舉結果的民眾，原來當時的總統老馬可仕利用做票手法，更改了選舉結果。事實上老馬可仕，在此之前已經統治菲律賓將近20年，一連串的獨裁手段、打壓反對勢力以及債務危機，讓他不只迎來龐大的反對聲浪，就連自己的部下們也都起身反抗他，最終，他倉皇逃出菲律賓，結束了自己在菲律賓的獨裁政權，到如今將近40年過去，他的兒子卻在此次菲律賓總統大選，再次當選….
